• I became a hang glider pilot at 15 AND it was my 65-yr old (at the time) dad who got me into it!

• I got my Master’s in Cultural Studies and started my Ph.D. in Women’s Studies (until my advisor told me that, being neither queer nor a man-hater, nor a fan of University politics, I didn’t have much of a future.)

• I wrote my first (unpublished) sci-fi novel at 17

• I was born a Countess (until I married my husband - thanks Alan)

• My dad was flying hang gliders, riding bikes, and kayaking until his death at 96

• I own a home in Colorado and Costa Rica (Blue Zone, Baby!)

• I’m currently learning to paraglide

• I married at 50 for the first time (even though a previous boss said I was more likely to get hit by lightning 🥹. Eff YOU Doug!)

• I literally COULD do underwater basket weaving. (My mom taught me how to weave baskets and was pretty renowned for it in her later years + scuba diving.)

My journey has been shaped by a blend of rich experiences—running a six-figure LinkedIn training and consulting firm, pivoting into the software space with Vengreso’s FlyMSG, and collaborating with remarkable mentors and leaders throughout my international speaking career. In Vengreso’s early days as a digital sales transformation company, I had the privilege of partnering with Fortune 500 teams to optimize their LinkedIn strategies. I especially valued working closely with executives, guiding them to perfect their LinkedIn branding to authentically reflect their skills, strengths, and aspirations.

This work was a natural precursor to what I do now: empowering women to transition from corporate roles to entrepreneurial journeys that are aligned with their purpose. My clients are often successful, driven women in their 50s and beyond who have spent their lives excelling in structured environments that prioritize logic, data, and external validation. As a result, many have disconnected from their inner knowing—their “still small voice.” Yet deep down, this intuition is waiting to be reawakened.
